Booking & Service Questions
What are your hours?
Real dispatchers answer Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM Central. After hours and on Sundays, Daniel, our AI dispatcher, answers right away and contacts the on-call plumber. You won’t reach voicemail.
How quickly can you get here?
In most cases, we offer same-day service. Our average arrival time is about 45 minutes. If you book online during business hours, we call or email back within 15 minutes; after hours, we follow up around 8 AM the next morning.
Is there a dispatch fee?
Yes. The dispatch fee is $89, and we waive it if you move forward with the repair. Sewer camera inspections are free if you have an active sewer problem.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH, cash, and checks. Financing is available through Wisetack, and qualified customers can get 0% APR with approval in under 60 seconds.
What if it's an emergency after hours?
Call us anytime. After 6 PM on weekdays, after 4 PM on Saturday, and all day Sunday, Daniel (AI) confirms the emergency, contacts the on-call plumber, and texts you an ETA within 15 minutes. For burst pipes, flooding, no water, gas smells, or sewage backups, you’ll get a same-night callback.
