Bright Side did a great job on a drain issue at my business recently with no disruption to business. James was thorough and explained everything very well. And he cleaned up his mess. It may actually be slightly cleaner than when he arrived. I can honestly highly recommend Bright Side based on my experience.

I highly recommend Brightside Plumbing. They redid all the plumbing in my house, they had to dig out collapsed drains in my basement and replace them, they installed a new sump pump system, and had to replace the sewer line. It was a big job and unexpected. Kelan was very professional, friendly, informative and flexible. The whole crew was also great! All of them communicated all aspects of the job and kept me informed of what was going to happen. At the end of the job, my yard looked better than it had before it was torn up to replace the sewer line and the basement plumbing was much more streamlined. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

James and others fixed two issues for me: rerouting the kitchen drain line when we had a pipe brake under the foundation and fixing the plumbing in the laundry closet we had installed (originally installed incorrectly). They were great to work with and super professional the whole time. I’d be happy to have them out again anytime I find myself in need of a plumber!

The crew, James and Mario, were incredibly friendly, and their work was quick and efficient. They even went above and beyond by fixing my wiggly faucet at no extra cost!

I had James come to replace the cartridge in my shower faucet and he did an amazing job! Not only was be able to hulk out the old stuck cartridge and save me money having to replace the whole valve, he cleaned up all the gross build up too! He even cleaned the hair out of my bathtub drain without me asking! He was super kind and informative the whole time and got the job done and made sure to clean up after himself as well. I will continue to call and ask for James for any future service!
